When i ran the new installed 3.0. , through the process it stopped and said it was interupted, i didnt open anything, all i did was move my mouse around to keep the machine from going into sleep or whatever it does when the screen goes black and i have to enter my psswrd to get it on agai. i took a screenshot and here is the log...

The iso was not created. There was a problem. Exiting
do you know why it does this? I tried it twice. I did include the exclude and did do " sudo remastersys clean"...
