Quick Overview
10.04 Ubuntu
readied system deletions, package removes etc
custom backup with some folder exclusions etc, nothing more complicated
Latest version of ubiquity
installed remastersys-gui_3.0.2-1_i386.deb after trying previous versions
All the language files and (what i would call) standard language settings
The Remastersys Live ISO boots fine.
I try to install (via Vmware workstation 7.x.x) using 20GB HD space, ubiquity hangs up at step 1 of 7) and in some instances displays crash message "sorry the program "ubiquity" closed unexpecetedly
Testing using live installer, running ubiquity from terminal (sudo) and using the desktop launcher.
Am I missing something obvious?
syslog and installer logs attached and remastersys log.
