Add custom folders

I've had a look through the forum and I can't find if it's possible to include a custom folder of scripts in the backup. eg I have a folder called scripts in /lib/ and want that folder and it's contents to be backed up and restored from the DVD.

Edit: Ignore this post I was looking in the build folders and thought that was all that got transferred across. I have since booted from the live cd and can see my scripts there.
