Hello,
I want to create a customized Ubuntu Live CD from Ubuntu Desktop 12.04

I need a user with name xyz and passwort abc
After booting the Live CD the user should not be logged in automatically nor a default user should be generated/logged in.

I don't need the GUI every time, so it would be sufficient if ubuntu starts in text mode.

Installation is not necessary.

How do I achieve this?
Any Hints?

Setup up your system exactly how you want it to be and just use backup mode.
