Features:

process, we test run the machine before it come off the production
line, we test it again before we ship it out.

Quality Control
Quality control is implemented throughout the whole production
process.
First: All the components are processed in the Numerical control
machine and CNC machining center according the drawing exactly.
Make sure the size accuracy. Make sure every component is qualified
before it is sent to the component warehouse.
Second: Quality inspector test randomly for the components in the
warehouse.
Third: We have quality inspector at each level of production. If
any defective components are found out, it will be returned and
processed again, or declared scrapped.
Fourth: We test run the machine to cut steel bars for testing
during the production.
Fifth: We add oil into the cabinet box for one day to check if
there is oil leaking.
Sixth: We run the machine again to make sure it is qualified before
packing.
We have standard inspection method of the components and whole
machine.
