The RY480-5D flexo printing machine is designed with three rotary
die cutting stations. The first and second stations are applicable
for double side die cutting, and the third station is used for
sheeting or slitting. The conveyer system can be applied in
combinaton with the third die cutting station for conveying the
finished products orderly.

B. The anilox rollers are to spread ink. Our anilox roller has
strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion, thus having a long
lifespan. This frees users from the trouble of regularly replacing
the roller. When the printing is completed, the ink roller can
automatically leave away from the printed material and keep

Installation and Commissioning
If the buyer needs our engineer, we will send an engineer. But the
buyer pays all the expenses including the visa, round air ticket,
food and accommodation, and the salary of 80$/day for engineer
during the first 7 days. After 7 days, the buyer should pay
100$/day for engineer.
We offer one year guarantee since the installation date. If the
machine needs repair during this period, we will dispatch
technicians to buyer's side. The buyer should pay all the expenses
including the visa, round air ticket, food and accommodation, and
the salary of 80$/day for engineer during the first 7 days. After 7
days, the buyer should pay 100$/day for engineer. During the
guarantee period, if the damages of the parts are caused by the
quality problems, we will bear the cost of the new parts. But the
freight should be paid by the buyer. Additionally, if the damages
are arisen by improper use, we will not supply them for free.
